Between a Million Lights and Colors

I saw it,

Between a million lights and colors,

Was it just an illusion?

I raised my hands,

Trying to prove whether my sight was true,

Trying to feel the reality in front of my blind heart,

And it was just so surprising,

And I was thrilled

And my heart was trembled,

Just like the moment when I was a little girl,

Looked at the sky after the rain,

And there I found a miraculous rainbow that I adored.

That was almost like magic, I thought.

Really, I wondered,

When I found it,

Whether it was just one little part of my hallucination,

Whether it was just that silly unreal character that I had in mind,

Somehow, I felt like I was so satisfied,

To be here now,

Like a curious little girl who almost solved a big puzzle,

I wish it was that one little missing piece,

Just the last one piece I’ve searched long before,

One that will complete this whole riddle,

One complement piece,

And it was him,

And I saw him,

And I found him,

Standing between a million lights and colors,

Was it just a dream?

Or was it me who stood in the wrong point of view?

Really, I couldn’t believe my self,

I couldn’t trust my own sight,

I wanted to prove it,

Maybe someday, I thought.

Just like an illusion,

Like magic,

There he was,

Between a million lights and colors,

My missing piece.
